The Camas Public Library Begins a Phased Reopening.
We are excited to announce the first stage of the Library’s phased re-opening plan. As of today, our BOOK DROP IS NOW OPEN. Feel free to bring back anything you’ve been hanging on to since our closure.
Here’s a quick look at how the rest of our re-opening plan looks (subject to change):
Phase II: Curbside Service begins, 10-6 Monday-Friday*
Phase III: We are a hard at work preparing the building for your return. Provided that our building is ready to go with safety measures that will protect both you and our staff, we will open the building with various capacity and distancing limits, following all state guidelines.
*coincides with the Phases of the Washington Safe Start Plan. Phase II depends on the approval of Clark County to move into Phase II. Stay tuned to our website and/or social media for dates on when curbside service will resume.
For more information on the Safe Start plan for Washington visit: Washington State Safe Start
The Library will follow all guidelines established in the Safe Start plan

Begins Monday, June 8
We are happy to announce that curbside holds will resume on Monday, June 8. Library staff will be returning to the building and will work on pulling the items you have been requesting while we've been out. Feel free to keep browsing our catalog and place any other titles on hold that you'd like.
How it works:
Once holds are ready for you, you will receive a notification either in email or telephone from our automated service. Then, let us know the date and time you will be in by calling us, emailing or sending us an online chat, and we'll make sure your items are outside ready for you. All existing holds on the hold shelf are still there ready for you to grab as well. If you have any questions about your holds please reach out to us or check your account online.
Thank you for your patience. We hope everyone continues to stay healthy by practicing distancing, wearing masks & washing your hands.
