I agree with boosting your immune system with a healthy lifestyle. You can take these supplements, but getting them through food is a good way to boost immunity also. A well balance diet and a lot of exercise, while getting a natural dose of natural vitamin D (sunshine) can do a lot for everyone. I've been a big proponent of a mediterranean diet for many years, and it has been great for health and boosting immunity. A lot of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, herbs, nuts, beans, eggs and olive oil, while eating wild salmon and some chicken and limiting red meat consumption. Spinach, tomato's, kale, broccoli, mushrooms, oranges, apples, almonds, walnuts, olive oil, salmon, tuna, beans, quinoa, flax, yogurt and other whole grains. A little red vino to wash it all down, hahaha. Cooking with a lot of herbs and spices gives flavor and limiting the need for a lot of extra salt. Try using curry powders and Italian spices. I like a good burger or pizza occasionally. I take a good quality Vitamin D supplement, Omega 3/6, Multi/mineral and low dose aspirin. Good eating and stay well.
